How will I receive the sim card for this

After receive the verification call from Tunetalk, SIM delivery time is estimated at 7 workingdays (any delay in delivery is subject to Pos Laju’s terms & conditions of delivery). Tune talk will not be responsible for any damage or lost once the parcel are out from our end.

What I need to do once receive the sim card?

You may need to call our careline 13100 or 03- 27717000 and inform usthat you receive the sim card. Our agent will proceed with the sim cardreplacement.

Will my credit remain after the sim replacement

Yes, it will remain as per reload. ( Full Amount ) Except for passport holder.
