What is TTversary?
TTversary is a program in which we celebrate your anniversary as a Tune Talker by gifting you a special reward.
How will I be notified of my TTversary?
You will be notified via a special banner in your Tune Talk App at various stages before your TTversary 3 (Three) months before, 10 (Ten) days before, and on the date of your TTversary).
Why do I not see any TTversary banner in Tune Talk Self Care App?
You will only be able to see your TTversary banner starting from 3 (Three) months before your TTversary date.
Why can’t I view any deals when click on the 3 (Three) months before or 10 (Ten) days away banner?
You will only be able to view the deals on your TTversary date. The TTversary page will remain accessible for 7 (Seven)days after your TTversary date.
How long do I have to redeem my TTversary deal?
You have 7 (Seven)days to redeem your TTversary gift via the clickable banner.
Is there a limit for the exclusive deals?
We have prepared deals for all! However, all deals come in different limits, and it works in first come, first serve basis.
I accessed my TTversary page quite late and most of the deals are sold out. What do I do?
Some of our lifestyle deals in TTversary may have limited quantities. However, you can always redeem our Tune Talk deals, which are always-on!
Can I use my credit to redeem the TTversary deals?
The deals will be redeemable fully by Points as default, but you have the option to adjust to Points + credit or credit only.
Where can I access the TTversary deal that I have redeemed?
The redeemed TTversary deal can be accessed on the My Rewards page of the Tune Talk App.
I have just redeemed a deal but it is not showing in the My Rewards page. What do I do?
Our system may take several minutes to validate the transaction. If the deal takes longer than 10 minutes to appear in the My Rewards page, kindly contact our Customer Care for further action.
What should I do if I have any problems while redeeming the deals?
All queries pertaining promotions should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by Live Chat , calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 (non-Tune Talk or overseas) from 8am to 10pm, unless for queries pertaining the deal redemption at store, can contact the respective merchant.
Upon having issues while using the redeemed deals, who should I be contacting for assistance?
All queries pertaining to post redemption, you should be contacting the particular merchant’ Customer Care which is stated in the terms and conditions of the promotion.
